COMPETITION KARTING RETURN POLICY
WARNING!
MOTORSPORTS ARE DANGEROUS. There is an inherent danger and significant risk of personal injury or death involved with motorsports. Racing and other contests of speed should never be done on public roads. Racing or any contest of speed must only be done on a dedicated closed-course with the appropriate safety precautions. Anyone participating in motorsports, including kart racing, assumes this risk. We will not be responsible for any injury or damages arising from any motorsport or racing activities. Competition Karting (and any business partners, marketing partners, or sponsors) disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or use. In no event will Competition Karting be liable for any loss of profits, business, use, or data, or for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened, unused items in their original condition and with exterior protective packaging within 30 days of the shipping date for exchange or refund. Competition Karting will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or materially defective item).
Returns for reasons not related to an error on the part of Competition Karting must be shipped at the buyer's sole expense and risk. No returned item will be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit until it has been received, inspected, and verified by us as being in brand-new condition. If your returned item is eligible for a refund, Competition Karting will submit such refund only to the original payment provider and account. Your payment provider may take several additional days to credit your account; this is beyond our control.
Any product and/or all original packaging returned to us in other than brand-new condition is not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Competition Karting may, at our sole discretion, accept a returned item in other than brand-new condition, in which case a fee up to 40% of the original price may be deducted from your refund, exchange, or store credit.
RETURN POLICY FOR CLOSEOUT ITEMS
Items sold as Closeout are not eligible to be returned for a refund. Competition Karting may, at our sole discretion, accept returned Closeout items for exchange or store credit only!
RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS
Some items are not eligible for return, unless the item is being returned due solely to an error on the part of Competition Karting. Such items include, but are not limited to:
- Special-order items
- Tools
- Gauges
- Scales
- Lubricants and fluids
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM TO COMPETITION KARTING
If you wish to return an item, you must email Competition Karting at returns@competitionkarting.com prior to sending the item to us. Please include your full name, email address, phone number, order number, and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for your return.
Once your return is approved, please do the following:
- Print a copy of your order confirmation email.
- Write "Return for XXX" (refund, store credit) / "Exchange for XXX" (product, size, color) on the order confirmation email.
- Pack your returned item and the printed order confirmation securely in a suitable corrugated cardboard box.
- Do not use the original product packaging as the shipping box.
